EASIEST DIP EVER!!!

Oops forgot to snap a photo before it was half eaten... Didn't take long ;)
I was at a Pampered Chef show on Wednesday evening and the hostesses mother brought this AMAZING dip that was gobbled up instantly... She mentioned that she brings this dip to every party and she has been asked for the recipe every single time. Everyone took turns guessing what the ingredients were and the guesses ranged from potatoes to crab to cream cheese... None of these are one of the three simple ingredients in this yummy, sweet dip... Here is the recipe.... SUPER EASY AND YOUR GUESTS WILL LOVE IT! I made it on Thursday for a ladies night ;) 



Thirsty Thursday ladies night ;)
This recipe can be divided into 1/2 cup, 1/2 cup, 1/2 cup or 1 cup, 1 cup, 1 cup as well for smaller serving dishes:
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped white onion
2 cups LIGHT Swiss cheese
2 cups LIGHT mayo
** The "light" suggestion is a must because of how the fattier varieties will make this dip greasy.
Directions:
Chop onions, grate Swiss cheese and combine all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes - one hour until it is golden brown on the top. Enjoy!
