Mini Potato Bites & HOCKEY!

We had our neighbors and good friends over last night to watch Game 7 of the Stanley Cup playoffs.. They are both Canuck fans and I am VERY MUCH not a Canuck fan so it was a nice little rivalry that we had going on. We decided to have a tappa night and make a bunch of yummy snacks for the game.. MMMM! James marinated some chicken wings in Frank's Hot Sauce all day and then BBQed them on the BBQ! Oh man did they turn out yummy.. He also took a big bowl and tossed the wings in some additional sauce as soon as they were ready. Here is what they turned out like:

Lindsay brought over these SUPER yummy mini potato bites that I cannot stop thinking about today.. I want some more right now! We polished them off in mere minutes so I thought I would share the Kraft recipe with you... MMMMM!
Ingredients:
15 new potatoes (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
1/2 cup (1/2 of 250-g tub) Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Spread
2 Tbsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
2 Tbsp. Real Bacon Bits
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives 
Directions:
COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min. or until tender.
MEANWHILE, mix cream cheese spread, sour cream and Parmesan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
DRAIN potatoes; cool slightly. Cut in half, then cut small piece from rounded bottom of each. Place, bottom-sides down, on platter; top with cream cheese mixture, bacon and chives.
Don't even get me started on this pathetic riot that was the worst in Vancouver's history..... I am angry and ashamed for them.. The photos that have surfaced today are horrific and disgraceful
