Keg's Mushroom Neptune


I found this recipe on and they REALLY do taste like the Keg' Mushroom Neptune. Here is the recipe


    • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
    • 2 tablespoons sour cream
    • 1/4 cup grated swiss cheese
    • 1 garlic cloves, crushed
    • 1 (5 ounce) cans shrimp
    • 1 (5 ounce) cans crabmeat
    • 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
    • pepper
    • 36 fresh mushrooms, cleaned, stems removed


  1. Combine all 8 ingredients.
  2. Mix well until blended and fill mushroom caps. (Piping the caps with a pastry bag is a nice touch.).
  3. Bake at 375ºF for 15 minutes or until slightly browned.
Now I just need these mushroom cap/escargot bakers!!! I've been looking everywhere but been unable to find them. Pampered Chef needs to come out with some or Le Creuset!
