My grilled portobello mushroom recipe


Happy Monday! I hope you all had a good weekend.. We I had an AWESOME weekend with a fabulous girls night on Friday and some good company on Saturday. Sunday evening I finally got to hang out with the hubby and we made grilled portobello mushrooms, steak and zucchini from our garden. It was SO good.. Here is my recipe for grilled portobello's

2 Tbs. basil oil or olive oil
1 Tbs. red wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves, pressed
1.5 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
0.5 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and soak the mushrooms in this marinade. When placed on the grilled pour remaining marinade and cook until tender. Enjoy!
