Roasted Garlic

Easiest appetizer EVER! I love how roasted garlic transforms into a sweet spread on crackers or a great addition to baked potatoes or double stuffed potatoes. I normally buy a bunch of garlic at a time so when I need to get rid of a bulb of garlic I will roast one up to be served as an appetizer with dinner or for a snack. Warning: might not be the best idea if you have people to associate with after... but its sooo yummyyyy.. AND EASY!

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Peel away the outer layers of the garlic bulb skin
Take a bulb of garlic and cut off around 1/4 of the top of the cloves so that each clove is exposed
Place in a baking dish or a muffin tin
Drizzle with olive oil so that each clove is covered
Cover with aluminum foil 
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cloves feel soft when pressed
