Andrea's Chili!

Chili is one recipe which I always have the ingredients for and can throw together in a snap! I like it because it is so quick and easy after work and you can put it on hot dogs to make chili dogs or sloppy joe's! Here's my recipe!

1 lb. ground beef
1 small white onion, diced
2 cloves garlic
1 can tomato soup
1 can red kidney beans
1 can sliced mushrooms with the stems
1 squirt Ketchup
1 Tbs. sugar
Chili powder to taste- I normally put quite a bit in, around 3 Tbs.
1 squirt Sriracha for a kick

Brown hamburger meat with diced onion and pressed garlic. Add everything else and let simmer until ready to serve. Make up to 2 hours ahead and keep on low or even transfer to a crock pot to keep it warm. Just like a spaghetti sauce, the longer it simmers, the more flavor the chili will have.
