Tonight I have a few of my best girlies coming over and I am going to make them my FAVORITE pizza... The garden party pizza from Pampered Chef!!! This is a VERY popular recipe.. It's funny because I will make this for a guy or a real "meat eater" and they will think there is meat in it because it is so tasty!!!! The trick is the layering of the veggies and the garlic/olive oil crust.

1 package refrigerated pizza crust (Pillsbury works the best!)
1 Tbs. veggie oil
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozza cheese
1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 small onion, sliced into rings
2 plum tomatoes, sliced
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unroll dough onto bottom of lightly greased large bar pan (STONEWARE IS THE BEST WAY TO COOK PIZZA.. It cooks SOOO unbelievably evenly and will make your crust PERFECTLY crispy!!!!

2. Place oil into a small bowl and press two garlic cloves into oil. Brush evenly over dough and bake crust for 7 minutes. Remove from oven.

3. Meanwhile, grate cheeses and add them into a large bowl with Italian seasoning. Toss until cheese is well mixed. Slice veggies and set aside.

4. THIS IS THE TRICK SO THE PIZZA WILL NOT BE SOGGY: Sprinkle half of the cheese mixture evenly over crust, top evenly with onion, zucchini, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture. Bake 15-18 minutes or until crust is golden.

We literally make this pizza once a week it is so good.............. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can also mix it up with some pepperoni or meat but it is delicious all on its own :D
