Garlic Bites... MMMMM

on

This is a recipe that I make with spaghetti or lasagna, as an appetizer or along side a pasta dish... These are SOOO easy and REALLY yummy!First you take a tube of Pillsbury Country Biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4's
In a mixing bowl toss the biscuit quarters in the following:

  • 3 Tbs. melted butter
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
Put well coated biscuits into a small frying pan which is oven safe... I always use this 8" pan that can go directly into the oven and you do not have to tinfoil the handle: http://www.pamperedchef.biz/ads?page=products-detail&categoryId=131&productId=12177&itemId=2863&parentCategoryId=8

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown at 425 degrees.

*** This is key --> when you take the pan out of the oven flip upside down on a serving platter to serve. This way everyone can pull off a piece of bread to munch on.

Happy Cooking! :)
